What can I pay with?
You can pay in different ways.
1. Via iDeal
2. Bancontact
3. We also accept Mastercard, Visacard and American Express.
4. Pay afterwards via Klarna.
How long will it take for my payment to be processed
If you pay via iDeal, the amount will be credited directly to our account, provided the payment is made from a Dutch bank account. If you pay from a Belgian bank account, for example, it may take 1 to 2 working days for the payment to be processed by us.

QueenyDollsEmpire’s prices listed on our website include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs.
How to use a discount or promotional code
You can redeem a discount code or promotion code in your shopping cart. You need to enter the code and click add.
My package
You will receive an email confirmation from us when your package has actually shipped.
You can track your package via the Track & Trace code.
You can find the Track & Trace code in the e-mail you receive.
Delivery time
The order will be delivered by Post NL within 1 to 2 working days after receipt at the latest within the Netherlands.
The order will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days after receipt at the latest in Belgium, Germany and remaining European countries.
Worldwide, for this it is best to contact us.

I received a product that I did not order?
Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that you have received a product you did not order. It is best to contact us so we can solve this as soon as possible.
How can I return a product?
You have 14 days from the time you receive the product to return the product.
You must return the product to us “by registered mail” or by sending us a proof of shipment (Track & Trace); provided that this return complies with the conditions, as stated in our General Terms and Conditions Art. 6 and 7. You must also enclose a fully completed return form with the return shipment.
Upon receipt of the product and if it meets the conditions “returning products” stated in our Terms and Conditions Art. 6 and 7, we will refund the payment including the shipping costs, to you within fourteen days at the latest. Only the cost of returning the product (from your address to our address) will be at your expense.
In case of a return, we will transfer payment as soon as possible but within 14 days of receipt, to the bank account number from which you paid us for the product including shipping costs.
How can I exchange a product for another size or color?
You have 14 days from the time you receive the product to exchange the product.
The product you wish to exchange must be returned to us “by registered mail” or by sending a proof of shipment (Track&Trace); provided that this return shipment meets the conditions “returning products” mentioned in our General Terms and Conditions Art. 6 and 7. You bear the costs for the return shipment yourself.
After receipt of the product, we will ship you the new product in your desired other size or color as soon as possible but at the latest within 14 days. We will pay the shipping costs once.
We ask that in either case “return or exchange” please contact us and include a completed return form with your return shipment to us.

Faja is the Spanish word for corset or pressure suit. The Faja originated in Colombia. After a cosmetic or aesthetic procedure such as liposuction, tummy tuck, BBL ( Brasilian Butt Lift ) doctors recommend wearing a Faja to reduce swelling and ensure that the skin draws well to the muscle tissue.
However, its medical use expanded to the general female population, as Colombian women realized that the Faja could also serve to accentuate their natural shapes or wearing it after pregnancy could help regain the old figure quickly.
Thus, all kinds of Fajas and Shapewear were created and are now worn by millions of women, as well as men worldwide who have undergone cosmetic or aesthetic surgery and for correcting the figure.
Shapewear are all kinds of garments that accentuate and/or shape the figure but can also make you look slimmer.
Most Fajas are made from Powernet. Powernet is a complex compression fabric that provides a top quality shaping effect
Powernet is made with different compression forms (Compression is the pressure it gives to the body)
The lining is often made of hypoallergenic Cotton or Cool-touch nylon.
High compression: provides high pressure to the body while wearing
Medium compression: provides medium pressure to the body while wearing.
There are also Fajas made of Powernet with a coated Cool-touch nylon, which feels fresh and cool to the skin.
Powernet fabric may also feature VITAVIT technology. These are microcapsules that, when worn and in contact with the skin, gradually release a substance that hydrates the skin.

Because of the fabric that Fajas, as well as Shaperwear clothing is made of, it is often the case that the sizes of the Fajas and Shapewear clothing will turn out differently than standard clothing sizes.
We would therefore recommend measuring the relevant body measurements and comparing them with the sizes listed on the size chart of the Shapewear brand of your choice, in order to choose the right size.

The warranty conditions for our Fajas and Shapewear apply in the following cases: damage to the fastener or zipper, or perforation of the fabric (defect in the weave structure). Fasteners have a 20-day warranty period, while other aspects have a maximum 24-hour warranty to check for any defects.
