The next step is to process and pay for the order. To do this, you must follow the steps of the ordering process and complete and verify the information requested at each step. Further in
the ordering process, before payment, you can modify the details of your order. Registered users will find an overview of all their placed orders in the “My Account” section.
Shipments within the Netherlands are handled by PostNL and all international shipments are handled by PostNL. You will be notified by email about the expected delivery date after checkout. Please note that during sales periods, delivery may take longer than normal and shipments are only processed on European business days. QueenyDollsEmpire is not responsible for delays or errors caused by PostNL.
In addition, we will send you an email the moment your shipment is turned over to the carrier. They will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment throughout its journey.
For shipments outside of Europe, a package may be held at customs for inspection. Unfortunately, the inspection may take up to 30 days before the package is forwarded to the delivery address. Please let us know if you have not received your package after the customs clearance time. After those 30 days, we will initiate an investigation of your shipment.
Please note that during sales periods, delivery may take longer than normal. The delivery times below apply from the day your package is shipped from the QueenyDollsEmpire warehouse. The expected delivery date is listed in the shipping confirmation.

If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you refuse delivery or write a bill (if possible) that you accept a damaged package when you sign for it.
