• Certain items such as Lipofoam that are sealed are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygienic reasons when the sealed packaging is broken and can then no longer be returned. Items excluded from the right of withdrawal are clearly stated in the webshop.
• The item is unused and shows no signs that it has been worn (you may try it on, of course). We reserve the right to refuse returned items if stains are found or it is suspected that the items have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
• The item must be returned with all cards attached to the item and in its packaging.
• The item must be shipped back to us with proof of shipment.
• The cost of returning the item as well as the shipping risk is at the customer’s own responsibility.
• After the return period (14 days) has expired, the item cannot be exchanged or returned.
• To exchange or return an item, the return form must be completed in full and sent with the item being returned to us.

In the case of exchanging an item, we will bear the shipping costs of the item to be reshipped once.

In case of a return of an article, after receipt of the article in good condition, we will transfer the payment as soon as possible but within 14 days of receipt, to the bank account number from which you paid us for the article including shipping costs.
