• Step-by-step approach: Start by wearing the Faja for one hour, gradually increasing to two hours, and eventually up to a maximum of eight hours per day.
• Discomfort warning: If you experience pain or discomfort, it is recommended to remove the Faja immediately.

• Handwashing is recommended: To maintain the quality and shape of the Faja, handwashing is advised.
• Only on a delicate wash cycle at 30 degrees if washed in the machine.
• Do not use fabric softener.
• Do not put in the dryer!
• Air drying: Allow the Faja to air dry to extend the product’s lifespan.
• After washing and drying, place the Faja in the packaging, seal it, and store it in the freezer for at least 1 hour. This helps keep the fabric fibers in good condition and maintains the compression.
